🚧 Virtual Open House: Willow Avenue Vision Zero Upgrades
On June 11, 2025, the City of Hoboken announced a virtual public meeting scheduled for June 25 to discuss safety upgrades—including curb extensions, pedestrian beacons, and protected bike lanes—along Willow Avenue (11th–16th Streets). The project, funded by $1.39M in federal/state grants, is part of Hoboken’s ongoing Vision Zero initiative to eliminate serious traffic incidents by 2030.

Hot off the press: starting June 5, the Thursday market at Southwest Resiliency Park runs 3–7 PM, with live music every Thursday from 4:30–6:30 PM, all summer long. Mayor Bhalla calls it a vital “vibrant community space” connecting residents with local growers .
